What platforms do you actually monitor?
At launch we cover the major primary ticketing platforms behind the electronic and live-music shows our members care about, with additional primary platforms rolling out continuously. We also monitor the top secondary-market platforms for resale price signals. Coverage expands constantly, and every current and future platform is included at no extra cost across every tier.
How fast are alerts, really?
The system polls at the top-tier rate and staggers delivery down the stack — higher tiers see every move first. The exact per-tier cadence is listed with each plan in pricing. You pay for speed, and the time advantage compounds on every drop.
What are the signal types?
We track ten ticket state changes. The four headline signals are New Event, Price Increase, Price Decrease, and Sold Out. The full suite adds Sold Out Tier, Off Sale, New Tickets Available, Tickets Removed, Tier Changed, and Waitlist Activated. Fan members get personalized New Event DMs for the one artist and one venue they follow (add more for $2.99/mo each); the full live signal suite — price moves, sellouts, and the rest — is a broker-tier feature.
What's the difference between Fan and Drop Local?
Fan is for following your picks — personalized new-event DMs for the 1 artist + 1 venue you track (add more for $2.99/mo each), plus presale announcements and the Fan Zone community. It doesn't include the live market signals. Drop Local is the broker entry point — the full nine-signal firehose with live DMs for every show in one region (NYC, MIA, LA, CHI, or INTL). It's the jump from "follow my favorites" to "trade my market."
How does founder pricing work?
Two separate founder cohorts run in parallel. The first 100 fans lock the $4.99 Fan rate; the first 50 brokers lock the Tier 1 broker rates (Drop Local $19.99 · All-Access $39.99 · VIP $59.99). As each cohort fills, the rate steps up — fan signups can't take broker slots and vice versa. The broker 50 is shared across all broker plans. Your founder rate is locked for 12 months and counts cumulatively — once a slot is taken it doesn't reopen if someone cancels.
Can I control which alerts I get?
Yes — tracking is yours to shape. Use /track artist, /track venue, and /track promoter to follow exactly what you care about, and /track list to see everything you're following. Brokers can stack multi-filter personal subscriptions on top of the regional firehose, scoped by city, signal type, or entity, so the noise stays out and the signal lands in your DMs.
What's included in Drop Intel?
Drop Intel is the analytics layer for All-Access and above: weekly market reports, per-artist price history, venue deep-dives, and a daily digest. It's the difference between getting an alert and understanding what the move means — see how a show priced over the weeks leading in, where it peaked, and what happened after doors.
What is the Drop Exchange?
A peer-to-peer marketplace inside the community where verified members can post and find listings directly. VIP members get priority placement. It's a members-only layer on top of the alert product, separate from your subscription.
Do alerts come through Discord only?
Discord carries the real-time firehose — it's the fastest channel and where the community lives. Email is available too for the alerts and daily digests you want in your inbox, so you stay covered even when you're away from Discord.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — month-to-month, cancel any time from your account. Founder rates lock for 12 months from signup. If you lapse, you have a 30-day grace period to resume and keep your founder rate before it forfeits. Founder status is portable across plan changes within the same cohort.
